What Is HIFU?
High Intensity Focused Ultrasound, explained simply.
HIFU stands for High Intensity Focused Ultrasound. It is a non-invasive treatment that uses focused ultrasound energy to encourage new collagen production, resulting in firmer, plumper skin and a more lifted, youthful appearance.
Unlike surgery, HIFU works on the SMAS layer, the same muscle layer a surgeon tightens during a facelift, without any cutting or downtime.
Results develop progressively over 6 to 12 weeks as your skin produces fresh collagen, with improvements continuing for up to 6 months.
How HIFU Works

Consultation
A specialist reviews your skin and confirms HIFU is the right fit for you before anything is booked in.
Treatment
Ultrasound energy generates gentle heat, triggering your skin's natural healing response and stimulating fresh collagen. Sessions run 10 to 40 minutes with little to no discomfort.
Results Build
Some tightening can be felt immediately, with full results developing around 3 months. Most clients need 1 to 3 treatments, spaced at least 4 weeks apart, with maintenance recommended every 12 to 18 months.
Post Treatment Care
Simple steps to look after your skin after HIFU.
First 24 Hours
Avoid exercise, sun exposure, heat and sweating for the first 24 hours after your treatment.
Next 5 To 10 Days
Skip exfoliation products such as scrubs, peels, AHA, BHA and Vitamin A or Retinol A for 5 to 10 days.
